I want to pursue M.Sc in chemistry abroad. Which university can offer me a rebate in fee if I qualify its entrance exam?

Qualifying the entrance exam itself may not make you eligible for a scholarship. If you have high marks in UG and in 10+2, combined with merit in the qualifying examination then you may be deemed eligible to receive a scholarship. Also, different universities have different criteria for scholarships. You should check scholarship eligibility of each institute individually.
