I want to pursue Master of engineering in electrical engineering in Canada. Do I have a chance of getting admission?

My profile: IELTS-7.5, CGPA-8.5,GRE- 315, 2 projects and 2 internships. I am thinking of applying to University of British Columbia, Simon Fraser University and University of Victoria. Which is safe, moderate or negligible?
