I want to pursue Masters in chemical engineering or any course related to chemical engineering in Germany. Am I eligible for the same?
My profile: 10th- 8.4 CGPA, 12th- 65% and B.Tech- 7.5 CPI from AMU which got converted to 2.28 GPA in German grade. TOEFL IBT- 92. I've done 1 month internship in ONGC Dehradun and 1 month internship in Oil India.

Yes, you have indeed very good academics. But I feel the best course for you is to approach specialised agency that is dealing with sending students to Germany. They would know different nuances so that you don't fall into any trap.
Best wishes
