I want to pursue Masters in construction from Canada. Can I get student visa?
I have got 65% in my graduation and had a backlog in my record.

You can apply for a Canadian study permit either online or through a paper application from the CIC (Citizenship and Immigration website). To apply online you will need a credit/Debit card and some scanned documents. The visa office in your country will provide specific instructions of which documents you need to provide. This can vary from place to place.
