    Hi Venika
Are you real? Jokes apart, congratulations for all your academic achievements and I hope you have some work experience too. The degrees you have mentioned to pursue will have different path so decide which one u actually wish to do. I would suggest Canada or US for PhD as you have excellent scope of research there. Check here for all details.

In order to move forward to study research in quantum mechanics and atomic branches, you must possess a background in Physics. Having an PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) stream, you cannot be made eligible to study undergraduate in Physics, as the latter traditionally demands PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) or PCMB (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology) streams. If one wishes to pursue this field, they can reappear for their 12th boards with PCM or PCMB to be eligible for a Bachelor's degree in Physics. This is the basic knowledge needed to study and research quantum physics.

Not a good idea. If you are getting NITs/IITs/IIITs then leaving VIT can be a wise idea. VIT is most reputed NAAC A+ accredited University having 9 NIRF ranking. The placements opportunities in VIT are the best. So, rethink before taking any decision.
