I want to pursue MBA from IIM. Is there is any significance of completing my Bachelors degree from a good college?

Not much. You need to ensure that you score a minimum of 50% marks at the graduation level. Admissions in IIM are based on your performance in admission open test CAT and Personal Interview (PI).
