    Hi,
    Yes, you can pursue MBA. As you are working in a company, you need to take a leave for 2 years. You can give any of the exam like CAT, MAT, XAT, GMAT, etc. And get shortlisted for colleges based on your performance. Then you will be shortlisted for group discussion and interview. An MBA education is usually pursued by young professionals with a minimum of two years of work experience and even by senior employees, that feel up to the challenge. After some time in the professional life, it is in the human nature to conform to a certain repetitiveness and to avoid taking risks. Top MBA colleges admit on the basis of competitive exams.
