I want to pursue MBA in Healthcare Management from US. Can you suggest if I as a doctor can do it or not?
I secured 58% in my MBBS from Osmania Medical College Hyderabad. Which is the top-most medical college in the state? The last time I studied Mathematics was in my 10th in school. I am writing GRE and IELTS exam anyway this month. Will I be able to do an MBA course in healthcare in the US?

Typically, a US University will require a 4 year degree for entry onto an MBA. In many instances (depending on the university), they may have additional requirements such as GMAT or GRE.

you can very well do it. you are eligible for the non clinical programs without any registration. GRE is not necessary. you need IELTS.
