8 years agotry to gain some experience. enroll in an hr internship course. go walkin in various firms and check -
HR is the flagship program here. Many students opt for HR here. HR does well every year except for the current year when due to change in industry trends, it didnt see much demand. The average package for HR is 5.5-6 lpa. HR attracts big companies here at XIME. The pay is always low for HR compared to other branches.
