Dear Nitin,
For MBA you should prepare for CAT/XAT/IIFT and target for top business school then only it's worth doing. Because nowadays there are so many other pursuing it. But the only thing which will differentiate you from others is from where you pursue.

For a recognised graduate to pursue an MBA, you must clear national level aptitude tests such as CMAT, CAT, MAT, ATMA-AIMS, GMAT etc or equivalent as applicable to your institute.
