    Dear Nitin,
For MBA you should prepare for CAT/XAT/IIFT and target for top business school then only it's worth doing. Because nowadays there are so many other pursuing it. But the only thing which will differentiate you from others is from where you pursue.

For a recognised graduate to pursue an MBA, you must clear national level aptitude tests such as CMAT, CAT, MAT, ATMA-AIMS, GMAT etc or equivalent as applicable to your institute. This will be followed by group discussions and personal interview at the concerned institute. For MBA , PGDM or PGPM programmes, there are institutes of national importance such as IIMs. MBA is mostly offered by universities through their Schools of Management Studies and affiliated colleges. There are deemed universities as well offering programmes. Institutes such as IIMs offer PGDM/PGPM as equivalent to MBA.
