You should have a high score in the higher secondary exam, IB score and IELTS to secure a seat in the undergraduate medicine in the United Kingdom.

To study MBBS abroad student requires an eligibility certificate from Medical council of India (MCI). The eligibility certificate can be downloaded from the MCI website. Students who have 50% marks and above in Physics, chemistry, biology and English are eligible to apply for MBBS studies abroad.
If the medium of instruction in your school was english, it shouldn't be necessary to take additional language proficiency tests like IELTS or TOEFL.
