I want to pursue MS in mechanical engineering from Germany. My CGPA is 7.32. Do I need to give GRE?

My CGPA is 7.32. I have 20 weeks of work experience in ThyssenKrupp Industries India Pvt. Ltd. I am pursuing A2 level of German language. With these credentials available, is it necessary for me to give GRE?
