IGNOU IS ONLY DISTANCE LEARNING-MSC CHEM REQUIRES LOTS OF PRACTICAL WORK -TRY ANY REGULAR COLLEGE-DR K GOSWAMI

It hads to be from a Central/State owned University as your first choice. Almost all contemporary arts and science colleges offer MSc Chemistry
