Hello Mukesh, two of the best institutes that are best for VFX and video editing are:
1) Supinfocom in PUNE, India.
2) Arena animation, available branches at various cities in country.

Yes, of course, VFX, multimedia or video editing are all part of animation as a whole, these colleges or institutes offer these courses. Animation has various types of courses in it.
