I want to pursue my career in IT. What IT course (.Net, Informatica, Cognos or SAP) you would recommend and which institute in DELHI or NCR?

I have done my B.Com from Delhi university in 2001 and 2 year prof course from NIIT in 2002 then i went to Canada for pursuing 1 year post graduation diploma course in IT. Unfortunately i never got any opportunity to work in core IT field. I have been working in Admin jobs for the last 5 years.

If your backgroud is in B.Com with courses in IT , I'll suggest you to go for Functional Modules of SAP.If you enjoy doing coding then you can definately opt for .net . Informatica and Cognos are the tools used for reporting purposes but with very few projects in industry compared to .Net.
