I want to pursue Ph.D in computer science engineering. What shall I do?

Hello Gaurav,
It's very nice to know your ambition of pursuing PhD. First & foremost you have to decide from which place / institution you want to do this. Then you have to register. Some institutions conduct exam to weed out non serious candidates. Now you search for a guide and seek his assistance
