I want to repeat my 12th CBSE for getting better marks. Will it reflect somewhere its 2nd time for me like in marksheet or something?

I am okay with spending another year for 12th, but my only fear is that I don't know the procedure or the details for it. Can someone clarify?

If you are not satisfied with the results and want to improve your scores for the board exams held for class 10th and 12th, the CBSE improvement exam is the way to go for it. The exam can be taken for one or more subjects by students who have qualified a subject but the scores are not up to the expectation.
