I want to setup an NGO. What should be my first step and plan ?

Dear Student
First of all if you have plan to set up ngo you should decide the area of work like which social problem you would tackle. And try to gain experience to join any NGO in related social cause which you would handle afterwards.

Sir , first of all thank you for answering my question. Further i want to tell you that I have my plan totally ready but i don't have any idea about the very first step that i shall take for setting up my NGO.
