for anykind of business you need to have a profound knowledge about the sector, the investments, HR, marketing plans and all the basic requirements. so, if you are hiring designers for your boutique, then go for a PGDM course(either a 2 yr full time course or 1 yr exe course-if u r working). it woul

Complete your UG and PG course in fashion design....then you may go for 1 year course in fashion merchandising/garment production
