I want to start M.Tech in Canada. Is it possible to get enough amount of part-time wage so I can pay my fees myself?

You can work for 20 hours on a part time job while studying, but keep in mind that M.Tech is not an easy course. You will be required to take a lot of extra classes, do homework, lab work, and study by yourself. All this will leave you with no time to either work or sleep. It might sound easy, but i
