You can pursue the desired course at IGNOU. You can also look for this course in any other University, preferably closer to your home. Many universities in India offer this course through distance education. The last date of admission in almost all of these is over for the current session. Meanwhile

PG in distance education can be done from IGNOU, but the dates are passed for the year. Follow the link in early January for next session. The university is recognized and have the system in place that can be trusted. http://ignou.ac.in.
