Hi,
To study abroad, you must take IELTS is a test for English language proficiency, it is not a course. Either you must take IELTS or TOEFL. Depending on where you want to study you may also have to take SAT for undergraduate programme and GRE for MS. If you want to pursue B.Com abroad you can do that, your class 12th percentage is good. Take the IELTS or TOEFL. You must also decide where to study. Check different colleges, their websites, admission requirements, deadlines, budget etc. And, choose your option. US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand are popular options.
