I want to study abroad (US, Canada or Germany) & want to do B.Tech. I've just passed my 12th. What should I do?

I belong to a middle-class family and I can hardly afford 2 Lacs per annum for studying abroad. I am very passionate for doing it. What should be my first step? Is there any way to get a scholarship?
