Hi,
Determine how much you want to spend on your education abroad. Decide what you want to study. Decide where you want to study. Choose your favourite study programmes and compare them. Apply at multiple universities. Pass your English language test if you haven't already. Apply for scholarships.

Hi Pawan, Your question is very ambiguous and you have not specified what you want to study, where you want to study and what your education background is. Depending on these you must prepare for tests like SAT , IELTS or TOEFL, GRE , GMAT etc and also arrange your funds. You can check this link
