You can do courses on Edx that provides free education, only you have to pay for the certification and that is optional. Also, you can do courses from Coursera by applying financial aid that gets accepted within 15 days.

If you want to learn Android Development then you can follow some tutorials from YouTube. Programming Knowledge is the channel which you can follow.

In free resources, you will get only the introduction and small chitchats. No website can provide full free course because the courses you have mentioned are in trend right now.
