Yes you can study B.Tech in Cyber security under B.Tech CSE course. The per semester fee can be varying according to colleges. However in Private University like LPU, per semester fee is about Rs 90000 (Excluding Hostel& other charges). You can get scholarship (Max. Up to 25%) on the basis of 12th a
