I want to study Bachelors of Mech, Engg. from abroad & want to settle there after my studies by getting a job so which country is bs fr me?

I have scored 70% in Cbse board in Science, 94% in 10th cbse board, IELTS 7.0, Sat 770 (m), 400 (r), 420(w). I want to do bachelors in Mech. Engg. from anywhere in world but want to settle their after studies by getting a job, so which country will be best for me?

    Sir, right now best country to settle down is Canada, as it has good returns and also give PR options to the students after completion of the courses. Also, it is best country to settle down. I can assist you.
