    The CIA exam is a self-study exam and does not require a prescribed curriculum. Candidates may choose their own method of preparing or practicing for the exam. Candidates must hold an Associate degree or higher to be approved into one of The IIAs certification programs. Common equivalents are a Foundation Degree, Diploma of Higher Education, Higher National Diploma, or three A-level certificates with a grade of C or higher are also acceptable. Acceptable Documents:
