I want to study diploma in nautical science after 10th and i want to complete to B.SC NAUTICAL SCIENCE.IS THERE ANY OPTION FOR MY QUESTION?

No, going for nautical science after 10th will not help you as for B.Sc in nautical science basic eligibility criteria is to have 10+2 completed. So, even after doing the diploma also you cannot proceed with that.
The best option for you will be PU completion.

Diploma in Nautical Science can be done after 12th Science.
