I want to study English literature and now since I passed the 12th what course should I join which will help me further to do PhD in English
I have 91% in 12th in Science stream.

You can do B.A. Hons from English from any renowned university. You can also study abroad, for this you'll have to give SAT, IELTS or TOEFL. The test is based on English syllabus, interview and GD. This will open many opportunities to you. You have ample amount of time, just check out about these exams. All the very best!
