Which city are you from? Why don't you visit the test preparation section on this website and look for an institute near your locality?
Also, what kind of guidance are you looking?

just ask what you want to know exactly.for study you need to clear IELET of TOFEL for english language.later you choose your subject and college or university according to your budget.
