I want to study in Canada. Will my solved backlogs affect my offer letter from Canadian colleges?

I have done my BE in computer science with 6.83 CGPA along with 9 backlogs. IELTS score: L-6, R-6, W-6, S-6.5 and overall 6 bands. Which are the top colleges for PG Diploma courses in Canada?

Hi, more than 5 backlogs is not accepted so I see very slim chances. Also your CGPA is not upto the mark for Canadian college. Please check alternate options like Australia or UK etc.
