I want to study in computer science after B.E ,in India. can eny one sugggess me.I am interested in programming and design(not animation)

I want to learn the designing of a system , or compiler or os ...., I am not interested in animation ever. I have extra knoledge of java . I am studing advanced java now. but I want to study M.Tech. please suggess me cources , and exams, that can meet me my goal. thanks in advanced....
