I want to study in UK or USA. I've done MA in English literature. I am interested in doing research or PhD in UK or USA. What should I do?

You should apply online. They even offer scholarships for Indian students but not always. You need to complete IELTS test for which you need to spend 10000-12000 INR. Now you can apply for universities like Harvard and Birmingham and all. If you apply now, for June 2018 admission, it's better. All the best.
