I want to study Indian Property Law. Are their any short term courses available in Mumbai? This is for my knowledge only, not career.

I am 35, done BSc and working as IT Manager. I want to study Indian Property Law so that I am better equipped in taking care of my possessions in Mumbai. I am looking for short-term courses between 6 to 24 months. Part-time\Correspondence\E-Learning is fine.
