The Institute surely provides need based financial assistance but there are some other criterions as well for being eligible to avail that. You may check it on the official website of IIMI.
    Good luck.

    Hi,
Anyone with family income below 4LPA is eligible to apply for a fee waiver. Post which, you have to go for a personal interview, so to speak. It is mostly a casual interaction where they generally ask the following questions
    1. Do you possess any inherited land?
    2. Do you have a vehicle in your family? How old the vehicle is?
    3. Any other loan that your family has taken?
Waiver may range from 50% to 100%. Although I never heard of anyone getting 100% waiver. The maximum that I was aware of was 75%.
