Do not waste your money in a private college for pursuing graduation. Instead, go for a normal state government University or a central University where there is less issues of attendance and try to take a on-field and industry experience. Graduation in Mass Comm doesn't teaches you much, it is just the overview of everything in this field. If u have predetermined aspirations of either acting, writing, photography, reporting, PR, etc. then you must focus towards gaining a experience because in this field, nobody cares about your degree or university, it's the work experience that matters.

There are many universities which would offer scholarship. But you need a college which would cater to your all round development. The name that comes to me first is LPU which carefully nurtures its students and propels them to the pinnacle of success so that their hard work culminates to a point which would be the cause of envy of many. Reality is LPU always offers platform for placement of the students and also gives soft skills and personality development classes so students of creative field also do well in presentations of their work and designs.
