1) Pursuing Mtech is possible. 2) You cannot get a PR unless you secure a job in Canada, so no, you cannot pursue Mtech with PR 3) You can get a job in or off campus but cannot necessarily get it as an engineer. Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.
