There is no rule for the type of work experience. You may work in a bank or even in a research organization. Your nature of work will be important. Your contribution to the team or company, your leadership skills, communication and team work skills and managerial skills will be important.

You need to be assiociated with a firm professionally. You should have salary and work experience proof.
