I want to study MBA from Canada. Are there any universities which do not consider IELTS, GMAT, TOEFL, etc. exams for admissions?

If you want to study abroad, you are required to at least give any of the English proficiency tests among IELTS & TOEFL. Without these, you can not take admission in any of the abroad universities.

For Canada any university and colleges admission criteria will be IELTS minimum 6 band. Apart from admission Visa requirement also to show IELTS marks. It is better you do it and then try for admission. IELTS is to prove your English language proficiency
GMAT is management apptitude test. Depends upon the level of MBA if university asks you have to do. -
English speaking skills is important for admission as some universities also prefer admission on the basis of work experience.

You might find universities which would not have a requirement for GMAT but English exam would be a mandate for Indian students.
