I want to study MBA from Canada. Are there any universities which do not consider IELTS, GMAT, TOEFL, etc. exams for admissions?

Yes, but I think you have to pay more money.

If you have completed your graduation in English medium, you can apply for Lakehead University. However, it is strongly recommended to take the exam for better options and visa assurity.

If you want to study abroad, you are required to at least give any of the English proficiency tests among IELTS & TOEFL. Without these, you can not take admission in any of the abroad universities.

For Canada any university and colleges admission criteria will be IELTS minimum 6 band. Apart from admission Visa requirement also to show IELTS marks. It is better you do it and then try for admission. IELTS is to prove your English language proficiency GMAT is management apptitude test. Depends

English speaking skills is important for admission as some universities also prefer admission on the basis of work experience.
