I want to study MBA in business and management in USA or Canada. How I can short list the universities based on programs or course details?
I am currently studying BE.

Surf internet, go to your nearby IDP, and they may shortlist colleges based on your Bachelor's score and IELTS score. If you don't have IDP, search for a reputed consultancy, which doesn't charge. Meet them and they will help you.
