I want to study MBA in IIM, Bangalore. What should be the fees and is there any scholarship option? Is CAT exam compulsory for admission?

CAT and GMAT are the two exams, which you can take up to get an admission in this esteemed college. Yes, there are several scholarships available besides you can easily get an education loan from any of the nationalized bank. The course fee is around 19-20 lac. Wanting is the first step. I would say just focus on doing as good as possible in CAT first and then you can think about other things like fees and scholarships (once you make it).
