i want to study MBA in usa or austrilia(HR).is it valueable in india for MNC

One critical point you need to keep in mind, is the fact, that HR goes hand in glove, with customs and traditions. If you do your MBA from a foreign country and come to work in India, even though it may be a multinational, the employees to a huge extent will be Indians. It is imperative for you, to understand the mindset of the common man in India. HR is all about people. I strongly suggest, you look at doing your MBA in HR from XLRI or TISS.
