Hi, Its good to know that you are interested in pursuing MBBS, I would suggest that you should pursue MBBS from India only. American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS. In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree. Total fees for MBBS in UK is approx 90 laks- 1crore, ie annual tuition fees is approx 20,000 pounds-25,000 pounds & living expenses is approx 7000 pounds. The other option for you would be to pursue MBBS from Russia, however please remember once you complete your MBBS from Russia, you need to clear the MCI test to be eligible to practice medicine in India, unless and until you clear this test you will not be allowed to practice medicine in India.
