I want to study MBBS in Germany without Studienkolleg. Will I get admission or not if I learn German language and do B.Sc?

If the education qualifications (i.e. your school degree) does not meet the criteria as an equivalent to the German education system, then you will be required to attend a Studienkolleg. If this is the case, there is no way to avoid the process.
