Hi Dr. Nagesh, consider limitation to the knowledge of this subject.
To pursue any clinical course or a course that involves patients and practise it is mandatory to have some registration or license with a UK body. In your case a FRCS/MRCS will be desirable and you can look into univ like Cardiff,
