I want to study medicine (mbbs) in goverment college in USA. I have got 73.5 percentage in class 12.

Dear Gargi,
universities in US do not offer direct MBBS. You must enroll into a bachelor's degree program in biological sciences or related field, then take the MCAT. Your academic grades alongwith MCAT scores will be required for entry into a medical school. Currently start preparing for SAT and T
