i want to study MS but i wrote GRE twice and both times i had problems before writng the exam thats the reason my marks are 860 and i lost paticence and i want to study desperately can i still apply for spring, TOFEL is 81. I like wireless commun and electricals & comp science. Pls help me.

If you are planning to apply to Duke University, then your credentials are very low. You need to retake both the TOEFL and the GRE. I am afraid but there's no other option. You need atleast 1200+ in the GRE and 90+ in the TOEFL. Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best
