I want to study space Science/astronomy/cosmology and work in isro or NASA. I have a strong interest in this field please guide me.
Isc board 93% and JEE Main 90 percentile.

If you want to become a space scientist then you have to have a Ph.D. in astronomy or astrophysics. At undergraduate level, you have to study pure physics and then in Masters you can take astronomy, cosmology or astrophysics, etc. Most of the work related to space science is carried out at Physics Research Lab
If you want to become a scientist/engineer at ISRO then I will suggest you to study core engineering subjects, i.e. Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics.

You should do engineering with some reputed institute and then you should apply for jobs in these companies.
